Train the mind. The body follows.
Functional strength for men and women at every level. Every session works the body and the mindset behind it, so the strength you build shows up in real life.
Strength is a skill, and every skill starts in your head. Coach Plummer builds bodies that move well, lift well, and hold up under pressure, and he builds the discipline that keeps you coming back.
He trains men and women from their first push-up to their first muscle-up. You get hands-on coaching in person, or live coaching over FaceTime where he watches every rep and corrects your form in real time.
Every program trains four parts of the body for real-world function. The fifth pillar, the mind, drives the other four. Tap a pillar to see it in action.
Mental training is built into every session: breathing between sets, focus cues under fatigue, and daily habits you check in on with your coach.
Train from your living room, or train side by side with your coach. Every format is scaled to your level.
Same structure every time. Different work every day.
No clips for this pillar yet.
Results come from showing up and doing the work correctly. Here is how a typical program builds, and what we measure along the way.
You test on day one and again at week twelve, so your progress is in numbers and not just in the mirror.
